"The apartment was very nice and clean, even better when it looked on pictures. It would be good to add some lamp in the outside area, because we were not able to sit outside in the evening because of the darkness. The location was also very good, 3 min from the main station."

"The day of arrival the host informed that we need to collect the key in another location 1 km away from the apartment. During the hot temperature outside it was exhausting to go on foot so we had to take a taxi to that location and back. Also as the apartment was on the 1st floor and near the exit, we heard any person who came in the building especially at 2:47 am, it was okey for us, but may disturb someone. Also, pay attention ,that 1 day before check in, the host asked to pay refundable deposit of 700 euro, or undefendable charge of 70 euro. Just be informed about it."

"Tha apartment was super clean and comfortable. When we stayed, it was really hot in Nice and the air con saved us! It was lovely to have the terrace to eat breakfast and air dry our clothes. It was also really well situated, a few minutes walk to the train station which is ideal for doing day trips. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach too. It was also very quiet in the area, so we had no trouble sleeping. We would definitely come back to Nice and stay here"

Eso retrasa aún más el ingreso. - al llegar a las 16 hs el apartamento aún no estaba listo."

"Clean and comfortable. Kitchen has the basic stuff you need to make a decent breakfast before you go on your way. Really quiet and even though I didn't get to use it the terrasse is a really nice touch. It's near the train station and with train you can easily and cheaply visit the surrounding area, which I highly recommend. A bunch of fast food places and restaurants all around. City beach is just 10min away on foot."

"Two personal issues I had with all my accommodations in France: the beds are too short (I am ~193cm tall), and the blinds don't completely black out the room. Personal preference so don't take it too seriously. You need to go some 700m to get and return the keys when checking in/out. Not that big of a deal unless you have large luggage."

"Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do pociągu, niedaleko do tramwaju. Do głównych atrakcji miasta około 12 minut piechotą. Mieszkanie dla 2 osób bardzo komfortowe, czyste, w pełni wyposażone w ręczniki, suszarkę, akcesoria kuchenne. Bardzo polecam. W łatwy sposób znaleźliśmy skrytkę z kluczem do mieszkania. Otrzymaliśmy jasne wskazówki skąd wziąć klucz, jak otworzyć skrytkę i jak zwrócić klucze."

"Skrytka na klucz oddalona jest o około 12 minut spacerem od mieszkania. Nie jest to bardzo uciążliwe ale warto nadmienić to aby wynajmujący byli świadomi, że skrytka nie znajduje się tuż obok drzwi."
